Hi Experts,

I have an issue with Epmdimensionpropertyvalues function. I have to give selection of hierarchies in a dropdown. I have written this formula =EPMDimensionPropertyValues(,"ENTITY","PARENTH1",Z22), but I get a result of first level of Hierarchy only, but I need to get a first level only. In the screenshot I need to get Algeria but my result is giving only Africa. How do I get to the bottom of the hierarchy. I tried with PARENTH2 which is not working.

thanks

I have another example here, I want to select the months from Q1 hierarchy. can I do that from the dropdown ? Now it does not display all the months here, it displays only the Quarter hierarchy

Not clear what do you want: "I want to select the months from Q1 hierarchy"

What do you mean by "Q1 hierarchy"? What do you want to have?

By design, EPMDimensionPropertyValues will show ALL values of the selected property, no filter possible!

To select with filter you have to use EPMSelectMember, but without dropdown.

P.S. For sure you will never have base months in EPMDimensionPropertyValues for PARENTH1 - only parents!
