How to remove the Shelf life Expired material from the system.

Hi,

You need to use transaction QA07 in foreground or schedule it as a periodic job,

Seelct the vraiant for a material or all material in a plant, put reason code , put intial run in days as 1 day ( this will cause material to be moved from QI/Unrestrcited stock to be moved to blocked stock when this program is executed,

system will post this movement with mvy type 344/ 350 and reson (u have selected)

Get SLED expired materials using Report MB5M

then Use MIGO or MB1A, Goods Issue > Others

U can use Movement Type 201 or 551 and issue against a Cost Center (Suggested to use 551)
