Problems with Installing Crystal Report 21 run-time on windows 8

Hello there

Any time i want to install crystal report 21run-time on windows 8 i normally get this error,

Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files(x86)\SAP
BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports For .Net Framework
4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI
4.0\win_x64\crtslv.dll failed to register.
HRESULT -2147024770 . I have reviewed several answers given to other people having the same problem and none of them works.

I have installed Visual C++ 2005 Redistribute, Visual C++ 2015 Redistribute, .NET Framework 4.6 .

Please how can this problem be solved ?

Moved to CR for VS.

SP 21 now uses VC 2015 C++ dependency
