How to remove courses within a Development Plan.

We have a number of Learners that have added courses to be completed within their Development Plan. If they try to delete the course they normally get an error message "Failed to delete development activity because it is associated".
Any ideas on why this is occurring and how to fix-it.

Dear Rita,

You can delete a learning activity from both Career Development Planning and SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

You can also remove a learning activity from the development goal in Career Development Planning and from the Learning To-Do list.

Depending on your configuration, you might need to mark the development objective status as not complete to be able to remover courses in the development plan.

Kindly contact Sap Support to investigate further your issue if this still persists.
