HM cloud 1708: is possible to create campaigns in HM that create an ACTIVITY in CRM?

Hello,

is it possibile to create campaigns in hybris marketing cloud (version 1708) that have as action the creation of activities in CRM?

In the campaign app is available only the "create task" action but is not available the option "ACTIVITIES".

Can you please help me?

Yes, it is possible to do so in Hybris Marketing, please refer to Create CRM Activity.

additionally you can find information on the business process of creating activities for Sales in CRM here.
The business scenario describes the general business process, the necessary configuration and the integration which needs to be setup to be able to execute the business process.
