SAP TRM - Set Up Leasing Contract

Hi Experts,

My client is working on a SAP TRM scenario and wants to use TRM for Leasing contracts (amount others) only considering the financial integration.

We are able to fulfill all the requirements on the other contracts escept the Leasing Contracts. Right now we are creating an Interest Instrument Rate for leasing contract, but we were unable to have the interests amounts and installment repayments amount correct, face to the Bank values.

Does anyone knows if is possible to have leasing contracts on TRM with the correct calculations? Does anyone allready were able to do this?

Hello João,

We were adopting TRM 55A deal type for leasing.

If you are Lessee then use 55A deal type and 200 transaction type.

If you are Lessor then use 55A deal type and 100 transaction type.

but we were unable to have the interests amounts and installment repayments amount correct, face to the Bank values.

What is the problem?
