shared srviece centre is especially for the business scenarios of functional types like accounts payable,invoices,etc..

not only that those already implemented servieces can be researched and will be done new things on it...

Hi,

Shared Service Center is basically used to distribute the routine types of work in a remote location with a focus on cost effectiveness and timeliness. Another important point is SSC is applicable normally to big companies having operations in mutli countries.

For example, a company having operations in say 20 countries and they want to use the SSC for Accounts Payable - Invoice Processing function. The locations is suppose Mexico for SSC. The Invoices of the vendors are then sent to Mexico either in electronic format or paper format for processing. A team of individuals then perform the Invoice Processing for multiple Companies in Mexico. Further the approvals of these invoices then can be further automated using workflow.
