WebI Rich client over Microsoft DirectAccess

We are trying to use the WebI Rich Client (along with other client tools) over MS DirectAccess, and getting 'Cannot connect to server errors'.

Is there any configuration that needs to be done to instruct the client tools to use IPv6, as I cannot find any documentation on this.

Hi, did anyone find a solution? We are facing a similar problem with not being able to connect to BO applications (Desktop Intelligence, Webi Rich Client, Universe Designer) over Direct Access. I read the admin guide and also opened up the Inbound and outbound ports on the server. It still doesn't work. Please help. Much appreciated.

Its a firewall issue. See working with firewalls section of Admin guide.
People who manage your Microsoft direct access policies will have to make allowances for BOE clients connecting to BOE servers.
