Service Desk Message Status 'Further Statuses'

Hi,

Do you have any idea about the 'Further Statuses' of the message status, for service desk usage, can I add some entries as further statuses?

Is there any materials or Notes about this?

    Hello Kenneth,

    Solution Manager Service Desk scenario is based on CRM..

    Further Status jas something called also Distribution lock..

    IN CRM,generally Sales order\Service Order created in CRM system also need to be DISTRIBUTED in the Correspondin R3 System...

    When u use Distribution lock, for the corresponding Support Message, the replication will not happen..
