Service Level%1 in SAP CCtr Reporting

Hello,

In the CubCSSContacts, ServiceLevel%2 is calculated based count of answered of time call, what about the ServiceLevel%1?

Is there any guide on how each member in the Measures of the Cube is being calculated?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I have searched through the documentation many times but I couldn't find the explanation for the Handling%1, Handling%2, ServiceLevel%1, ServiceLevel%2 (please refer to the screenshot attached).

    From my own calculation, ServiceLevel%2 is calculated based on 'Counts of Answered on Time Calls' but what about ServiceLevel%1.

    Please let me if you found any documentation that have the explanation.
