Hi,
Go to CO02 or CO03 to Production order.
Goto --> Cost --> Balance
Here if you figures as "0", then the order is settled.
Settled Order with have status SETT.
Hope it is clear.

Hi,
You can know by checking Production order Status.
If Production Order Status is SETT then it is settled and if you dont find status as SETT then it is not settled yet.
Further You can consider following system statuses for Production Order to check the Settlement Status of production /process order:
SFMT Settlement fields maintained
SETC Settlement rule created
VCAL Variances calculated
SETM Settlemt rule created manually
SETT Settled
AZUR To be settled
PREM Premature Settlement
Hope this clears your doubt.
Reward if useful.

Hi,
There is no standard report which will tell you this norany status updation is there for order settlement.
However there is FM K_OBJECT_REORG_CHECK which can be used fro generating a report which will tell you with an indicator that a particular order is settled or not.
Another way is goto cost estimate of production order . If the balance cost is 0 (target, actual) and status is DLV (delivered) then the order is considered as settled.
