Creating Aggregates for Time dependent Hierarchies

I have a few questions regarding aggregates.

1)How do I create aggregates for Time dependant hierarchies?

2)What variable key date do I use?

3)In RSPC we have to schedule a process "Adjustment of Time-Dependent Aggregates".

How do I do this?

My input to all queries is 0calmonth (MMYYYY) only.
