We have set up United Way with three different wage types. One for deduction, one for total deductions and one a goal to reach. When an employee terminates and does not meet his goal, the system still considers the goal amount as active. We are currently maintaining this with manual intervention by changing the goal to the amount actually deducted. We are wanting to know if anyone else has a similar situation and if so, how are you handling clearing the goal wage type that will never be met.
