not sure what exactly you mean with segmentation tables, because the segmentation as framework does itself not really offer the possibility to enter data in the system.
If however you want to include data for interaction, contacts, products then we have for each object dedicated ODATA services and proper integration scenarios. Please refer for that to the SAP API Hub.
In addition you can define also custom business objects by means of extensibility which will then also provide an ODATA service to load data, being used in segmentation.
