Report not being displayed

hi

After creating the report in the query designer and execute, the internet explorer page is being displayed and "no data displyed" is the msg in the screen. Do we need to do any settings in the sytem to display the report created in the query designer. BI 7.0 version

hi,

is the internet explorer is connected with BI server? try running other report and chk.

run ur report in RSRT and chk if data is present for the selections in the report and do chk with the simialr selection in the LISCUBE Tcode.

This may happen if there is no data in the data target. In case you are using a variable, make sure that you have the data for that particular variable in the data target. Ex: if you want to display data for Vendor 1100123, then make sure that this vendor's data is available in the data target.

Use LISTCUBE to check whether you have data.

Hi Annie,

Do you see the buttons and the rest of the navigation options? Usually, when you get that message is because there is no data to display. You can try with transaction LISTCUBE to see if there is data available for display in your infoprovider. Also check the status of the infoprovider requests in RSA1.
