No values are available for the key specified

When I try to access any property of the Property Tree in transaction CG02, the error "No values available for the specified key" appears and we can't enter data.cg02-error.jpg

We asked for help and we received this answer:

"It turns out the error is due to missing maintenance:
to the property 'Other information' SAP_EHS_1011_002 phrase set SAP_EHS_1011_002_INFO is assigned . However, no phrases are assigned to the phrase set (see transaction CG1B).
Please enter at least one phrase for phrase set SAP_EHS_1011_002_INFO"

but it still does not work.

Hello Viktoriya Plotnir,

There is a purpose to activate this BADI /PLMI/SPC_CHNO_ACT its help to prevent edidting of specification without a change number if an active change number is already assigned to the specification.If you deactivate you cannot retrieve the past changes.

We have solved the error. We activated a BAdI "/PLMI/SPC_CHNO_ACT" that did to appear the error. We have deactivated it and it does not appear anymore.

is this BADI related to "Recipe Development/Recipe Management"? Any how: the customizing you are referring to should be used "ONLY" !! if you have a good understanding regaridn EHS implementation.

IN this case: it seems to be you have activated some SAP Standard BAID (no customer development)

I would assume: there was a reason why you activated this BADI: jsut to "deactivate" it... not sure if this was the right decision.

Anyhow. the BADI is redicated to "Change numbers". YOU SHOULD USE CHANGE NUMBERS IN EHS only if you know what you do....

Hi

Check the value assignment type in SPRO. it seems it is not properly generated.

Navigate to IMG, Value assignment types and ensure it is properly defined for the class with characteristic and ensure it is generated in Generate table based value assignment type, if not run the IMG to generate the value assignment table entries, then match up master data.

Check the ZSTANDARD Property tree in SPRO under set up property trees and check the VAT SAP_EHS_1011_002 present first then check the class in CL02 with SAP_EHS_1011_002 and check the characteristics assign to that class and check whether the Phrase set is assigned or not in CGAB if not please assign the Phrase set this is how you can find out the error, If Phrase set is not there please generate the standard phrase set in SPRO using adopt standard Phrase set (This may have the impact please check weather the standard Phrase sets generated before).

SPRO is a transaction code for Customizing activity i think you are in starting now please don't go to customization until you have guidance to do that, this authorization will not be available for all. Please check with some senior members in your team before you proceed.

You can generate standard phrase set , before that please check in the CG1B hitlist how many Phrase set you have ?

based on your picture. There is a clear mismatch in customizing (check status line message). Check customizing and set up of this value assignment type. There are some places you need to check (as well: is the class available?`Set up properly etc.)

as an example: the picture is showing "twice" the same VAT "Use of Substance". This is strange (and potentially an error) On top: you seems to have used an own "ZSTANDARD" tree. So the "whole" customizing of this tree seems to have some potential errors.

The set up of a "Tree" and the set uf of properties etc. is something which you should have learned first in EHS (if you have participated any EHS training). This is the most basic action which you need to understand in EHS before you can go on to learn about e.g. WWI or other EHS topics (some is true for set up of identifiers, regulatory lists etc.)

The set up is quite critical. Is this error coming up only with this one VAT? IF soyou should ask yourself. what is the difference of this "VAT" to a different one., The EHS customizing here is (from my point of view) quite straight forward (if you know what need to be done).
