the problem was solved, the DDIC user was blocked by failed attempts and for that reason could not start the jstart.exe instance The user is unblocked and the update is continuous.

Thank you very much Nicolas for your help, a hug!

configtool.jpgHi Nicolas, I have reviewed the username and password in configtool, but how can I know which password is the one I have? Thank you very much for your help!

Hello,

If you do not know the correct password, the easiest way is to reset it in the ABAP side (transaction SU01).

Best regards,

Nicolas

Hello,

File std-server0.txt mentions the following issue:

CSN Component [BC-JAS-SEC-UME], DC Name [sap.com/com.sap.security.core.ume.service]
com.sap.engine.frame.ServiceException: Start of UME service failed. Check help topic "Start of UME Service Failed". Technical details: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Initialization of destination SAPJup failed: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon) on localhost sysnr 04

Could you check in Configtool if user/password are corrects (check note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1827807) to connect to the ABAP side of your Solution Manager ?

Best regards,

Nicolas
