Urgent Issue - Worklow

Hi Intellects,

I have a very urgent requirement in Workflow to be fulfilled.

You help in resolving it would be highly helpful to me and wud be very thankful to all f you.

When a user sets a document to 'Complete' from transaction FBV2 then the 'Complete' event is triggered and the workflow starts and th workitem i.e. the document goes to the approver.

Now if suppose in the meantime the user changes the document and sets it to 'Complete' again , the event is triggered again and the same document goes to the same approver for approval.

Our requirement is that whenever the second case occurs then the previous workitem should get removed from the approver's inbox and the second one should be visible.

Kindly let me know how can i meet this requirement.

If you know some1 else working on Workflows, please try to get it from them as its urgent.

Hi Aman,

You should take a look at the forum guidelines. The use of the word "Urgent" is against these forum guidlines and you use it three times.

Simply add "Change" event of the document as the terminating event for the approval activity.
