List Displays...

HI,

I would like to know certain tcodes for reports, can anyone help me.

1. Is there any list display which gives who released the PR?

2. PR's are referenced to create PO's , may i know which PR's are not referenced to make PO's.

3. Is there any list display which gives who released the PO document?

4. Open PO's for which no GR's done?

5. Open Service PO's for which services are not done.

6. Open PO's for which invoices are not done?

7. In a particular project how will be know in the begining how many users have used the system or not?

8. Can I have a list display of the materials with the date range and should be downloaded from this list display on to the system?

> 4. Open PO's for which no GR's done? Yes (and no), use any of the PO list displays with WE101 or WE103. This gives POs with open quantity (ie the full quantity is not yet received, but partial receipts may have happened). You can create your own selection parameters.

> 6. Open PO's for which invoices are not done? - Any of the PO list displays with Selection parameter RECHNUNG
> 7. In a particular project how will be know in the begining how many users have used the system or not? Check with your basis person. They can see the last logon, etc
