Headins are not displaying in Quality Server

Hi Friends,

1. iam develpoed one report it is displaying output in 210 sever when i moved it to quality sever, it is not displaying output headings like sales order, customer,approved..., it displaying remaining data except headings....why it happens like this.

2. Same report it is displaying o/p two entries for input date like 11.10.2006. when i excuted custom table here i gave input same date 11.10.2006 this table is displaying 20 entries ....why it happens like this...Plz give me exact solution for this two problems .these are V.V.urgent issues.
