Visibility of Task-Related Actions

Dear all,

I have a Client requirement with the following Request: An option (action) in the task related action contect menu should be available to cancel a running (alive) task. Now I have tried to set the visibilities as found in https://help.sap.com/viewer/50c55e51344740ea9c6253c9168db31c/7.31.18/en-US/0d1b944f55dd4693925b62295.... But I don't see all of those context menus; just "Delegate" and "Reserve". How can I show the "Cancel ..." option, or is that a customized solution?

Thanks for response. Do you know if an API call something like "CancelTask" exist? I could not found.

Hi Cengiz,


The following button is not available in the default SAP API.


For this, you need to develop yourself to take the action "Cancel"


By design, the following task-related actions are available to the task owner:


Delegate ( Action menu item)
Put Back ( Action menu item)
Attachments ( View menu item)
Notes ( View menu item)
Task Team ( View menu item)
Link to the process visualization
Header part (task data)
