ERROR (CX_VSI_SYSTEM_ERROR) throw by Service Consumer Proxy Object when S4 outbound to HCI

Hi Experts，

From my ECC experiences to S4, this is my first time to see the following message:

Call to CL_VSI=>GET_INSTANCE failed (RC=1, Text=Recursive occurrence of virus scan profile /SOAP_CORE/WS_RECEIVE in the sequence

which can be view in SOAMANAGER .

From here, please notice that the data have be sent successfully from S4 to HCI, and the error is caught by program itself, and there is no feedback message.

I'm sure whether I am not on the right track to lead this problem. and how to solve it

Hi Hai, I have similar Problem. It is because VSI is activated. There seems to be a Problem with the scan Profile. But I do not know why.
