Candidate Search by country

Hi All,

We are implementing eRecruiting for a global company with operations across multiple countries. When we do candidate search in eRecruiting, the system shows up candidates (across countries). We have a requirement that when a recruiter does a candidate search, he should only get shown candidates who belong to his country. Since I dont see a direct link between candidate and country, I am not sure, how we can tailor the system to meed this requirement. If anyone has an idea if this can be done and on the how, please let me know.
