Hi Experts,
We would like to preview the pdf with the binary data/base64 data which I received from ECC system after merging with original C4C PDF with other ERP PDFs. Here I have created template in c4c which shows only C4C PDF. I want to preview and save automatically the merged pdf directly when it is attached in attachment folder.
Is it possible to achieve this requirement ?
If not, is there any alternate way to do it. Please suggest me.
Thanks and Regards,
Swati Goswami
Hello Swati,
You can use re-use UI components like "/SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI/Reuse/Attachments/AttachmentViewer.EC.uicomponent" to achieve this.

Hi Horst,
Pls give me more details how can I use re-use UI components like "/SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI/Reuse/Attachments/AttachmentViewer.EC.uicomponent".
I want to see attached PDF in Browser directly as a popup window like Preview in C4C.
Can you give any idea with Attachment Link or FileContentURI can I open the file directly on Browser?
Thanks and Regards,
Swati Goswami
Hi Horst,
Thanks for your quick answer and concern.
I have done it with AttachmentLink or FileContentURI.
FurtherMore one problem arise that I am getting the merge PDF coming from ERP side. But all blank ERP pdfs I received , no customer information in it. When we are checking at ERP side merged PDF contains all ERP related information properly.
Why C4C can not get any data from ERP?
PDF is Binary Object in C4C. ERP is sending XString data. I have used External Web Service to consume ERP PDFs.
Can you give any solution that Why I can get ERP related data filled into the PDFs?
Is there any data type mismatch problem or data connection problem? I am very much confused.
Pls help ASAP
Thanks and Regards,
Swati
