When user's are trying to access crystal reports, they receive the following error:
"The viewer could not process an event. Unable to find servers in CMS CrystalServer:6400 and cluster @CrystalServer:6400 with kind cacheserver and service BlockingDocumentConnectionRepository. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) [RASLIB9006] [CRSDK00000813]
---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
Logged onto CMC to check the server status, and notice the "Connection Server" was in a failed status. Tried restarting the service, but it keeps failing or becomes stuck "Starting."
EventViewer shows "Server Intelligence Agent: server Crystal.ConnectionServer32 failed to
launch. It is possible the working directory or file path is invalid.
CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied" in the Application Logs.
