Psting error in FB50

Facing this error while posting document thru FB50.

"Internal error: Entry in COKA-Buffer not found"

Kindly give some input regarding this error.

Please check the note 436046. which talks about CO interface: Error KC051 (Entry in COKA-Buffer not found.
