Reference Key in dynamic selection in FBL5N

Hi,

I want to produce output in FBL5N based on Reference Key (AWKEY). However, this field is not available in the dynamic selection of Customer Line Item.

Does anyone know how I can add this field in the dynamic selection screen?

Help much appreciated.

Hi,

I tried what was suggested by Ahmet, however, it did not work. Reference key AWKEY still does not appear in the dynamic selection screen.

Is there another setting to be made?

what i suggest do not work with ALV layout.

so what i suggest is; use filtering facility in the report in stead of selection screen.

Hi,

U want the reference key field for the line item when u

execute the Customer Line item display (If the reference field is in the

layout then why u want that field again in the dynamic selection,

only u need the output at the time of the execution, so i suggest

u, not to get in to problems by creating all programmes)

just execute FBL5N

then in the header, see the layout.

there are some hidden files so select the hidden

reference key and select show items, copy

then it will show on the line item.

if u want this reference key regularly with out selecting the layout

when u execute FBL5N,then save the layout with this field.

Thanks for your suggestions. However, i am already able to pull the reference key field in the customer line item display layout.

But this is not answering my question.

I am looking to add reference key (AWKEY) as a search field in the customer line item selection screen (under dynamic display).

Currently, in the dynamic display, i can see fields - reference (XBLNR), reference key 1 (XREF1), and reference key 2 (XREF2).

How do I add AWKEY to this list?

select "D"

and click on insert after (which field u want) and select document header.

you can move pages by direction buttons. find the field AWKEY. and click ok.

Reference field (BSID-XBLNR) is very much available in the dynamic selection of FBL5N under documents.

I can view the same in the dyanmic selection after Currency and before Document type.

Hi,

When you are in FBL5N report go settings in the menu bar,

settings --> special fields ---> then add BKPF AWKEY (you can also reach this customizing in SPRO)

after you add this special field you have to run a program in SE38

RFPOSXEXTEND.

now then you can use this field.

assign points if helpful.

Hi,

Reference key is available in document folder of dynamic selection (1. Customer Master, 2. Company Code 3. Documents)

Double click the reference field (should be in green colour).

Try once and assign points if useful.
