SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL cannot create profile

Hi Experts

The standard sap role SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL is not allowing to create a profile using pfcg . while trying to create the profile , we are getting the error

Does we actually have to create the profile or just assign that role to the user using su01 . I am asking this because if I take in pfcg the authorization tab is seen in red.

this is the case on crm 5.2 and crm 2007 . Can you give some tips on this or check with your system and compare and let me know.
