Long text messages not displayed in Analysis for Office

Hi,

we are experiencing a strange behaviour that had already been discussed for other versions of AfO:

Running Analysis for Office 2.3.3 and Office 2013 I can see all long text of messages comming from SE91 in the backend. My colleauges run Office 2016 with AfO 2.5x or even higher and can't see any of the long texts. We have downgraded one installation to AfO 2.3 (with Office 2016) but didn't succeed to see the long text.

Did anyone else experience anything like this and can give advise what should be done?

Hi Markus - this was an issue fixed in the old 1.x versions

Could you try it with the 2.6 Analysis Office?

Hi Tammy,

thanks for your quick reply but that's what we did today. Unfortunately without luck.

Just to clarify, the combination AfO 2.3 with Office 2013 works but we don't see the long text with any version of AfO (from2.3 to 2.6) in combination with Office 2016.

Hi Markus - I would submit an incident with SAP Support on this; this was fixed in the 1.x versions
