Excel - User not able to launch excel from admin page

BPC 10.1 NW SP10 ON HANA. BW 7.4 SP15.

IE11, Excel 2013 32 bit. windows 10.

User not able to launch excel from BPC admin page..

This is an issue with only one user... it worked for him in the past dont know what changed now.trying to see if there is any fix without re imaging the system.

BPC Excel client - what is used? AO or EPM? SP?

Nothing strange! What was done to investigate the issue?

we tried reinstalling excel & epm addin.

I checked IE settings and it all matched with my system

Try to completely uninstall and then reinstall EPM, sometimes it helps!
