Problem in printing barcode in SAP script.

Hi All,

I have defined ZP as char format and assigned the barcode name as Z_TEST which is defined in SE73 as system bar code.

Trying to display barcode as :

<ZP>12345

I hv tried using

<ZP>12345</ZP>

<ZP>12345</ZP>

But it does not work for all above options.

What is the use of checkbox Selection available in char format above the BARCODE option??? Is it related to barcode?

kindly suggest suitable solution to overcome this problem.

Hi Friend,

You should tick the check box.

Try with <ZP>12345</.>

There is some problem with the system or printer setting.

i am able to display in another system.

FYI: Without selecting check box i am able to display barcode.

Can we see the Barcode in Utilities -->Printing Test...

Hi,

You can see in the preview after selecting the checkbox. Just to display the barcode ABOVE(superscript) or BELOW(Subscript).

You answered correct but how is the code need to be written in SAP SCRIPT...

let I have BR Character format and ZBARCD my bar code style..

Then how we need to code in order to see in UTILITIES --> PRINTING TEST...

Not in Print preview of program....

Hi,

Check out if your printer supports barcode printing. If it does not support then the barcodes will not be displayed.
