I created a PR1 of 10 pcs. A PO1 of 10 pcs was created with ref to PR1.

Now when I am again creating a PO2 wrt PR1, though system is pulling ZERO qty in PO2 but if I enter X qty system allows to create PO2.

I want that system shall NOT allow me to create PO2 wrt to PR1.

how can I solve this?

    Dear Vs,

    This functionality is available in 470 SAP system onwards develop for

    Public Sector. This only available if you having Public Sector activated.

    In order to assign tolerance key limit to PReq document type please

    use following path:

    Path is: SPRO -> Public Sector Management -> Functions for US Federal

    Government -> Integration -> Materials Management ->

    Document-to-Document Tolerances

    Regards,

    Ian

    SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Environment Data > Define Attributes of System Messages > System Messages > Here Message No 06 076, make it Error, also there is a message 06 254, make this also as error message.
