    Go to ME57,

Select 5 line items of PR which U want to send to Vendor A and process RFQ with Vendor, it will ask for source of supply, select and click on Copy button and SAVE.

Similarly repeat the procedure for remaining 5 for Vendor B

    Hi,

You have a field i think it is collective number or something.. you can group items in the PR. You can assign a number/code to the first 5 items and another code for the next 5 items.

While making a RFQ based on this collective number search for the Items in the PR and then make a RFQ for the items to the desired Vendors.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Kiran

ME41 trxn is used to create RFQ, and once the Vendor will quote his rate that will maintained in ME47

and the Quotations will be compared in ME49..

You can do it in ME41 trxn...

    in ME41 create RFQ w.r.t PR for 5 Qty..for Vendor A

then again create RFQ w.r.t PR for 5 Qty..for Vendor B
