I making a documentation on the modified programs of HR and FI , which are SAP STANDARD , not the customized/developed one. Ill be getting the list of those programms in a while . Can any body Guide me in this case OVERALL

Object name, transaction code, why modified, by whom, when, what's the purpose, impact, list the coding changes, general info about the standard program, etc. Put all this in a document and you're just about done.

we give modification history details in programs to know the modifications done to it.

check this example.
