Transmission confirmation of service items

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how SRM 5.0 is transmitting the Confirmation of a Service item to the R/3 backend?

Aparently this does not go via the Idoc MBGMCR which is used for confirmation of materials.

We are on a SRM 5.0 - Classic Scenario
