Compliance Calibrator 4.0 - SAP support for components

My understanding is that SAP GRC supplies CC4.0 rules for the following components:

APO

CRM

ECCS (consolidations)

HR & Payroll

R3 (this is for all versions of R/3 - 4.6c, 4.7, 640 and 700)

SRM

It is also my understanding that SAP GRC does NOT supply rules for the following components:

GTS

SCM

Solution Manager

I wanted to ask the opinion of other CC4.0 forum subscribers; do you think that SAP GRC should support all of their components by supplying CC4.0 rules for all components? Please let me know your reasons for positive or negative responses. I'd reallly appreciate feedback.
