Item Text in the declaration

Dear All,

Is there any way to automate the value of the Item- Text in the export declaration. User has to maintain it manually each time in the declaration .

Hi Dave Thanks for your reply,

It is for the CUSFR LR.

Text Type is "Internal Note" .Here for a product the FR text is not determining automatically in the declaration. User has to update that manually. I am planning to do that automatically for that text and language in the declaration. Is it possible ?

What is the business requirement here?

It's unusual to have to use item texts in Customs Declarations. Texts are sometimes required for cancellation or amendments, and in those cases it's reasonable for the user to enter the reason manually.

Which Legal Regulation is being used? And exactly which Text needs to be filled?

You can use defaulting data in SAP GTS for that.
