PO in SUS

Hi experts

I am in SRM 5.0 extendeed classic scenario and EBP-SUS, When I send a PO to SUS, IF in the vendor master the fields ndicator:GR Conf.Expectd, POR Expected and ShipNotificatnExptd are not flaged there is no way of vendor change the status of 'NEW ' of the POs, the PO still in status NEW forever, how can I solve it?

It is not possible to do anything with documents in SUS which do not have any follow on document requested....

you will see the following in the SUS purchase order details.

Requested Follow-On Documents No follow-on documents requested

-

---

All the functions in SUS --> namely creation of follow-on documents depends on the flags you have mentioned.

So the purchaser has to set the required flags --> then only he should send the purchase order to SUS
