Search with TREX

Hi,

I'm trying to search a file with TREX passing a part of file name.

Ex:

file name: M1ER1T10001

search: M1

TREX did not return any results.

I need to do any configuration, don't i?

Hi Leo,

You have to search for "M1*" instead of "M1".

Hi,

Check the Search method used in your KM Search Iview, and set it to Exact or do not select any method so that the system selects a suitable search method automatically.

After that i restart the portal the "M1*" worked fine (?!)..
