Hi,
I'm trying to add a template text in the text zone of a support desk message.
In other words, for each type ("Description", "Reply", "Log"), a standard text must be fullfill automatically. The user will just have to add few more informations.
Thanks for your help,
Paul.
Hello,
I didn't find a custimizing solution for your request
But there is an exit that prepare the message before output
I found this in the function module BCOS_CREATE_MSG
Interface IF_EX_SBCOS001
method PREPARE_FEEDBACK_BO
implementation CL_EX_SBCOS001
I am not a programmer but I guess this is the right spot to put your template and I cannot give you the source but the (small) program needs to read a Z table that you create with the text category and the corresponding template
if the entry is found by your exit it will load the corresponding template
if not found it will leave it like it is
I hope it helps
best regards Xavier

Hello Paul,
Did you find a solution to this problem of yours?
I'm trying to do the same thing for a support message (SLFN).
Loading a template .txt file for the long text field by default, (with the same effect as using the "load local file" button.)
Regards,
Karl Jamaels
