How to check who has changed the system status of WBS

Hi All,

How to track that which user has changed the system status of WBS element in the Project?

One of my project has been Released and then made Deletion flag.

Now we are unable to remove the deletion flag...

Atleast i would like to know who has done this change...!!!!!
