Action - Schedule Condition - Support Desk


We are currently working on Solution Manager 7.0 SP15.

Users are at present sending messages to OSS and change their User Status to "Problem Sent to SAP". They close the Support Desk Message without confirming the message to SAP.

Our requirment is as follows - When the User changes the User Status to Finish, the Action "Confirm Message to SAP" should be triggered. This should change the SAP Message Status to Solution Confirmed.

We planned to create a Scheduling Condition when the User Status is changed to "Finish" but we are unable to find the SAP Message Status while defining a new Schedule Condition.

Kindly let us know how to proceed.
