How to deliver (ship) KM content to customers

Hi experts,

I have a hopefully simple question for you:

We implemented some reports using xCelsius and created Adobe Flash files (representing the report). The integration into the portal is quite simple:

- Upload the SWF file into the KM

- Create an iView and reference the uploaded SWF file

But now the problem: How can we deliver this reports to the customers? Is there a standard way (e.g. creating an archive)? What have we to do?

Hi,

To transport KM contents, check ICE offline packages:

To transport KM Iview and all other PCD objects (Role, page, iview), check how to create EPA archieve:

Search in SDN for these two concepts ICE offline packages and create EPA archieve and you will find lots of infos.
