Open SAP Course- Migration Cockpit Jan 24th through Feb..

I am trying to take the OpenSAP Data Migration Cockpit course that started yesterday. As part of the course, I tried to activate the S4hANA 1709 Free trial version after following the steps provided for the free Azure license. In the SAP Cloud Application portal I have been trying ti activate the 1709 license so that i can do the exercise provided by the Open SAP course. But inspite of numerous trials I am unable to activate the free trial version of S4HANA 1709 solution. Let me know if I can be provided some assistance.
