Production paper printout problem

Hi All,

Following is the my client's requirement. Please help me out.

"The printout of production paper will be proceeded 2 times (instead of only 1 time) since 2 weeks. Due to the fact that production papers are printed out every time two times that leads to 4 fourfold printout"

Check in OPK8, whether the Number of Printes Chnged to 2 instead of 1 ??

Hi Vineet,

Please check the settings in OPK8 and in the printer also for no of copies.
