hi
since you have created the user status with goods movement forbid then you have to manually change the user status which will allow goods movement in the order,
then check it

Hi,
In the Status Profile, you must have created status numbers in that one to restrict the Goods Movements and the other one to allow goods movements..
Activate the Other Ststus number in CO02, so that it will allow the goods movements.
Until unless deactivated, you will get the same message only.

Hi Siva,
1)even after manually changing the status to GR Allowed in CO02,we are getting error current order status does not allow goods movement, even when manually doing goods movement thro, T.code MB31.
2)when change the status in co002 to allow goods movement and we do confirmation thro, T.code CO15 yet we get msg that confirmation saved goods mvt failed.msg no RU110.

Hi,
It seems there is a problem with your Status Profile.
What is your status profile and what are the settings maintained, if you provide the same we will be in a position to provide some inputs. What was the logic behind setting up this profile..
Revert with details for further discussion..

Siva
Dear Sir,
our logic behind setting this status profile was that GR should be done without confirmation and for that we had created a status profile PP00018 and maintained the following settings.
In T.code BS02
In the User status table we did the following settings
a. In the status no field type"1" , status field "Sta1", short text"GR not allowed", lowest no "1", Highest No "2". Mark a tick in the initial stats check box.
b.Next line, type status no field "2" ,status field "sta2", short text"Gr allowed", lowest no "2" , highest no "2".
4. Select the STA1 line and choose details. select the "create"button.select the "GR for prod order", mark "forbidden
radio button" and "set radio button".
5. Select the STA2 line and choose details. Select the "create"button. select "confirm order", mark "permitted radio button" and "set radio button". Next choose "GR for prod order" , mark "permitted radio button".
Now when did these settings confirmation without GR was not permitted but when did confirmation and then tried to goods movement ,we get ERROR CURRENT DOES NOT ALLOW CONFIRM.
As you mentioned earlier to manually change the status in t.code co02,we did it. we could do confirmation but goods movement gets failed*

Hi,
In this,
==========================================
===========================================
In your STA1, you have selected GR for Order Forbidden.
Now in the STA2 select, the GR for Production Order Allowed .
Remove the Confirm Order
If it is not possible, then Create a new Profile as specified above.
You requirement is very logical, and to handle ther are other methods also..
Revert for further discussion..
Regards,
Siva
