Hi Experts,
I would like to know about how SAP B1 handles system tables and its fields. My issue is: I created a custom field in PO table (POR1). Now this is appearing in plenty of screens (namely GR-PO Goods Return, etc). I tried to delete the fields from the table, and after deleting it started giving me error messages in the corresponding screens. I also tried to hide these columns in the system forms, but no success.
My questions:
1. Why does SAP adds the fields to all the tables?
2. How to handle, if we dont need those fields for a specific screen?
3. How to find, what are all the tables, in which the fields would get created automatically like this?
