HU/SU Problem

I have deleted the HU by HUPAST but when I go to LX03 it shows stock in SU.

I want to clear this stock through scrapping. But I am not able to do it through TO.I got this error message "No stock from HU storage location can be managed on SU"

If I try to scrap it through MIGO it creates an outbound delivery.

Please suggest how can I clear that stock.
