Migration of Business Content data sources from 3.5 to 7.0?

Hi,

Can you please give some inputs regarding the migration of the business content data sources from 3.5 to 7.0?

When i tried to activate Business Content data source "0CUSTOMER_ATTR" , in BW 7.0 , its giving a caution message saying that the data source is in BW 3.5.

When i tried to migrate the data source from 3.5 to 7.0, its asking for an option -"With Export" ,or "Without Export".

Which option should be selected for the migration of the data source?

Generally we select "With Export". However, you can choose without export also. The difference is, when you use With Export, the data source can be recovered in BW 3.5.

Without export wont allow you to recover the datasource from BI7 to 3.5
