All right, I uses my account from my office and from my house.
Here (at office), I visite https://answers.sap.com and log-in without user/pass, so I'm writing about this problem right now.
Yesterday, at my house, I visited the site, and it ask me user and password. So I completed the form, and pops up this:
All right, that emails is this:
So I clicked to reset my password on that link (from the email).
New chrome's tab opened with new form:
Upgrade... ? (well, let's do this)
User name: "osvaldo.lopez"
But... error and error and error again !
Why so complicated!
So I can't "Upgrade" my account.
I closed that tab, and re-enter to SAP.com site, trying to log-in, but a new error shows up:
(At least in spanish lol)
Where can I fix this problem?
